This RSD double LP collects two BBC live sessions from one of punk's most politically serious bands. Jake Burns' guitar tone alone is an argument, and the band's ability to translate the rage of Inflammable Material into a live setting, without losing the specificity of what they were angry about, is what separates SLF from a hundred imitators. If your punk knowledge stops at the obvious London names, this is essential remedial listening. The alternative and punk canon is incomplete without them.
