The Rolling Stones release a song called "Living In A Ghost Town" that they'd apparently been sitting on for a while, and the timing lands like a wrecking ball through a locked door. Mick Jagger later said the track already existed before the pandemic and just became something else entirely when it dropped into that specific silence.

It's a strange, lurching blues-rock thing, more menacing than most of what the Stones had put out in decades, Keith Richards' guitar sounding genuinely worn and haunted. Whether you clock it as a pandemic document, a late-career vindication, or just a good dark rock song, it earned its place.
