Grindcore as a genre has a murky origin story, but most arguments end here. Side A recorded with one lineup, Side B recorded with a completely different one, and somehow the whole thing holds together as the most ferocious forty minutes in punk and metal history. Barney Greenway hadn't even joined yet. Lee Dorrian was still in the band. The chaos isn't a bug, it's the entire point.
