What is a flocked Poster:
Flocked posters have a velvet-like texture in its printed areas, created by applying flocking fibers to the surface. This flocking creates a distinct contrast with the bright, fluorescent inks printed on the rest of the poster, which glow intensely under a blacklight. The resulting effect gives the poster a luxurious, velvety feel and a striking, multi-dimensional look.

To prevent blu-tac staining and reduce the damage of push pins on your poster corners. We recommend on the reverse of the poster putting a strengthening layer of clear sticky tape, some people even get extra and will reinforce the area with cardboard underneath the sticky tape.
