KING DIAMOND Fatal Portrait Patch
Kim Bendix Petersen put on corpse paint and a falsetto that could shatter stained glass, and in 1986 he handed the world Fatal Portrait. Danish heavy metal has never been the same since, and neither has anyone who got there early enough.
King Diamond sits at a very specific intersection of gothic horror, theatrical metal, and genuinely unsettling concept album storytelling that almost nobody has managed to replicate. Fatal Portrait was where it all started, before Abigail, before The Eye, before the lore got deep enough to drown in. This official woven patch wears the album artwork proudly, which means it reads as dark aesthetic credibility to anyone who knows, and interesting artwork to anyone who doesn't. Either way, it earns its place on a battle jacket.
Official licensed woven sew-on patch. Measures approximately 100mm tall x 70mm wide. Origin: Denmark.
