KILLING JOKE Pandemonium Patch
Pandemonium came out in 1994 and sounded like Killing Joke had spent the previous decade absorbing post-punk, industrial, and metal and decided to compress it all into something genuinely apocalyptic. It holds up in a way that most albums from that year do not.
Patches are the most honest form of music criticism, you're either prepared to sew Killing Joke onto your jacket in public or you're not. This one belongs on a vest that already has opinions, alongside your darkest post-punk and gothic picks, or sitting alone as the centrepiece for a collection that knows what it's doing. Jaz Coleman would probably appreciate the dedication. Or curse you. Honestly either outcome is fine.
Officially licensed sew-on patch, not iron-on. Medium size. Available at ALT CVLT, Frankston, Victoria. Fans of: Nine Inch Nails, Sisters of Mercy, Ministry, The Cult.
