2012 was peak metalcore saturation, the genre's coffee chain era, where every band had the same breakdowns, the same clean chorus, the same MySpace-era confessional energy. For All Those Sleeping sat firmly in that world but had enough hooks to rise above the noise.

Outspoken is their second album and the one that landed them on the radar of anyone following the Woe Is Me and I See Stars corner of the scene, melodic, aggressive, unsubtle in the best way. If you were the kind of person who had a Warped Tour phase and still has opinions about it, this belongs in the collection. No apologies necessary.
