Catacomb Skull Pile Candle, Black

The Paris catacombs, scaled down for the coffee table.

A tower of grinning skulls stacked on a round base, every jaw and eye socket picked out in wax, with the wick rising from the topmost cranium. Burn it and the pile slowly slumps into itself like an ossuary losing a long fight with time, or keep it unlit as decor on the altar, a bookshelf or the centre of a Halloween table. This one is black, for full mourning. Either way, the dead have never looked so cosy.

Low-melt scented skull tower candle. Black. Cake stand, postcards and background candle in photos are styling only. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
