USED (The) Lies for Liars Box Head Poster 070
Lies for the Liars came out in 2007 and a certain kind of person has never really moved on from it. The Used were doing something genuinely unhinged at that point in post-hardcore, all raw nerves and Bert McCracken screaming like the world owed him something, and this box-head imagery from that era is still one of the weirder, more unsettling pieces of alternative fashion iconography from the mid-2000s scene.
If your walls are still giving you the My Chemical Romance side of that decade and you want something with a bit more grit and genuine chaos energy, this is the one. A solid piece of punk and alternative culture history for anyone who was there or wishes they had been.
