SLAYER South Of Heaven - 500pc Jigsaw Puzzle

1988. Slayer slowed down, and the metal internet (which didn't exist yet) would have lost its mind. South of Heaven was the band pulling back from the chaos of Reign in Blood, letting the riffs breathe, letting Kerry King's guitar work actually land, and somehow ending up with something heavier for it. "Mandatory Suicide" and the title track are still essential. Forty years on and this album still divides rooms.

Now it's a 500-piece puzzle, which feels right. Something to assemble slowly, deliberately, in a dark room, probably at 2am.
