The Sex Pistols didn't last long enough to headline a second tour, but they detonated something that rewired British youth culture and sent shockwaves through every punk, post-punk and alternative scene that followed. The safety pin was the symbol of all of it, DIY and confrontational, cheap and immediately readable as a middle finger to polished, expensive everything. This iron-on patch pairs the band's name with that exact image, which means it belongs on your battle jacket, your collar, your bag, your whatever-you've-got.
