Saarland is a landlocked German state better known for steel industry remnants than for sonic brutality. SCORGED didn't get that memo.

This self-titled debut landed in 2020 from a young band with something to prove and the volume to back it up. Raw, aggressive extreme metal that doesn't bother with introductions, just riffs and fury from the jump. If you've been sleeping on what's coming out of Germany's underground metal scene, this is a solid reason to wake up. The kind of record that sounds like it was written with genuine contempt for moderation.
