Formed in the early 2000s US thrash underground, Scepter came up in the same tradition as Whiplash and early Exodus, the kind of meat-and-potatoes thrash that never bothered chasing crossover appeal or nu-metal dollars. Fucking Metal Motherfuckers is exactly what the title promises, a full-length slab of riff-forward, neck-wrecking thrash that keeps the faith with the genre's golden era without sounding like a museum piece.
