Released in 2012, Loathe Over Will sits in the grimmer end of the local extreme metal scene, the kind of record that doesn't make apologies and doesn't expect company. Black metal in Australia has produced some genuinely unhinged output over the decades and this sits comfortably in that lineage, raw and deliberate in equal measure. For collectors of Australian extreme music or anyone who wants their dark aesthetic to extend to their record shelf, this is the real thing, not a postcard version of a European sound.
