Rancid came out of the East Bay punk scene in the early 90s and pretty much saved the genre from disappearing into irrelevance. Tim Armstrong's riffs, Lars Frederiksen's sneer, the whole ska-punk-street-punk collision they pulled off, it still hits. These knitted acrylic gloves carry the band's logo as an embroidered detail on each hand, the kind of thing you wear to the show, on the tram, at the record store, basically everywhere. Functional punk fashion, no drama.
