NECROMANTIA: Antichrist Tee

Greek black metal has always operated in its own cursed dimension, and Necromantia were the ones who brought a bass guitar, a bass guitar only, and made it sound like the underworld was tuning up. No six-strings. Just two basses, occult ritual, and a complete refusal to do what anyone else was doing.

Active since the early nineties Thessaloniki scene alongside Rotting Christ and Varathron, Necromantia carved out a genuinely weird corner of black metal history, one built on Aleister Crowley references, dungeon synth tendencies, and a sound that felt more like ancient ceremony than Scandinavian forest worship. The Antichrist tee is for people who know the difference, and who know that the Hellenic scene has been criminally underappreciated outside of the underground for decades.
