Two bands, one mission: annihilate everything in the room. Municipal Waste and Toxic Holocaust are practically a matched set, the kind of pairing that makes sense the second you see it on paper and makes even more sense when it's destroying your speakers at 2am.

This split LP landed in 2012 when both acts were operating at peak filth. Richmond's Municipal Waste had already dragged thrash crossover back from the grave with Hazardous Mutation and The Art of Partying, and Joel Grind's Toxic Holocaust was out here proving that black metal and punk could still be a genuinely dangerous combination rather than a costume. Together on wax, it's speed metal, thrash, and raw punk energy compressed into one gloriously ugly package. The yellow pressing doesn't hurt either.
