Widely regarded as one of the greatest heavy metal albums ever recorded, Don't Break the Oath took everything Mercyful Fate had conjured on Melissa and pushed it deeper into the dark. The riffs are enormous, the King's vocal performance is genuinely unhinged in the best possible way, and tracks like A Dangerous Meeting and The Oath have spent four decades haunting everyone who heard them. This patch is a badge of taste. Sew it somewhere it'll be seen.
