Sydney's Leatherman deal in thick, riff-driven hard rock with a stoner weight to it, the kind of sound that owes as much to the fuzzed-out end of classic heavy rock as it does to the Australian pub circuit that's always had a soft spot for the loud and the slow. Turn You On is their case for a seat at the table alongside the heavyweights of the local heavy rock and metal underground, and it's a convincing one.
