IN FLAMES Wall Flag

Gothenburg in the mid-90s was doing something no one had quite done before, and In Flames were right at the centre of it.

Before melodic death metal became a genre with a Wikipedia page, albums like The Jester Race and Whoracle were quietly rewiring what heavy music could sound like, all that melody threaded through genuine aggression. In Flames have taken some heat over the years for evolving their sound, but the legacy is locked in, and this officially licensed textile flag represents a band whose influence on alternative and metal scenes runs deeper than most people give credit for. Hang it and start an argument. It's more fun that way.
