Hold of Baphomet

Not every shelf deserves a succulent. Some deserve a hand emerging from a pentagram.

This is the Hold of Baphomet wall plaque from Nemesis Now, a sculpted resin hand piece that sits comfortably in the gothic and occult home décor space without looking like a Halloween clearance bin special. The detail work is genuinely impressive, the kind of thing that becomes the centrepiece of an altar setup or a dark corner display without needing anything around it to make it work. It comes with a small stand so you can place it flat on a surface, which is a nice touch for people who rent and can't put holes in the walls. Baphomet imagery has a long history in occult iconography, from Éliphas Lévi's 1856 illustration through to every second patch on every second jacket in the metal and gothic underground. This is a respectable addition to that lineage.
