Rome, 2009: a group of Italian musicians decided the correct response to contemporary rock music was to ignore everything that had happened since approximately 1974 and proceed accordingly. The result was Giuda, one of the most joyously committed glam-punk bands operating anywhere on the planet.

Let's Do It Again is the record that sharpened their attack, hitting that exact pressure point between Slade stomp and Stooges grit, with T. Rex strut holding it all together. They wear their influences like a patch jacket, proudly and specifically, but the energy is entirely their own.
