Ghoul don't exist. Officially. The masked Oakland degenerates operate out of a fictional hellhole called Creepsylvania, and they'd like you to stop asking questions. What they do exist as, functionally, is one of the most reliably unhinged acts in American extreme metal, a band that treats splattercore as a vehicle for genuine musicianship buried under layers of horror movie schtick and riff violence.

"Wall of Death" captures everything that makes Ghoul essential, fast, ugly, and funnier than it has any right to be without sacrificing the genuine menace underneath.
