Guided By Fire is the Turku outfit's debut full-length, released in 2007 when the Finnish death/doom scene was quietly producing some of the most emotionally devastating metal on the planet. Ghost Brigade sat in that sweet spot between Katatonia's melancholic clean passages and the crushing funeral weight of Swallow The Sun, with enough progressive ambition to keep you second-guessing where each track was headed.
