DESTRUCTION Strip Patch

The German thrash trinity is Kreator, Sodom, and Destruction, and anyone who tells you otherwise is wrong and probably owns too many Metallica shirts.

Destruction came out of Weil am Rhein with Sentence of Death in 1984 and spent the next forty-plus years proving that thrash metal doesn't have to slow down, sell out, or make sense. Schmier's bass and bark, the riff attack, the complete refusal to be anything other than exactly what they are. This strip patch belongs on the bottom edge of a denim jacket that's seen some things, next to your Sodom and Overkill patches, reeking faintly of a venue that no longer exists.
