US death metal outfit Deadform put out this 2024 slab of pure punishment with the kind of single-minded hostility that the genre was invented for. No atmosphere, no arty detours, just relentless down-tuned brutality with the structural integrity of a collapsing building. The green with black splatter pressing looks exactly as unpleasant as it sounds, which is the correct aesthetic choice. This is the kind of record that ends up living in a plastic sleeve next to your Autopsy and Incantation records, and that is exactly where it belongs.
