Citrus land somewhere in the territory where heavy riffs get tangled up with genuine songwriting instincts, the kind of metal-adjacent sound that doesn't need a sub-genre disclaimer to hold your attention. The self-titled EP is a statement of intent, six tracks on orange wax that suggests a band who know what they're doing even if the wider world hasn't caught up yet. This is exactly the kind of thing that ends up in the dollar bin or fetches stupid money, and right now it's neither.
