Chaosagram Necklace Pendant P650

Chaos has a symbol now, which feels appropriate. The chaosagram, with its eight arrows radiating outward in every direction, has been a fixture of occult and dark aesthetic iconography since Michael Moorcock planted it in his Eternal Champion lore, and it never really left.

This is an Alchemy England piece, which means it comes from the same Sheffield workshop that's been supplying the gothic and alternative scene with serious pewterwork since the late eighties. Hand-cast and hand-finished in fine English pewter, the P650 is from Alchemy's 2012 archive range, meaning it was designed by people who actually understood the symbol rather than just thought it looked cool. Though it does look cool.
