Starblend is a highly pigmented pressed powder makeup that can be used dry or wet. StarBlend can be applied dry or wet. Apply with a sponge using a patting and blending motion on desired area. Sealing with Barrier Spray is recommended but not essential. Washes off with soap and water


Not recommended for use on children under 3 years old!
