It sounds like a track on a limited-press Power Noise record, or the name of a zine someone was definitely photocopying in a sharehouse in Footscray circa 2003. The aesthetic is pure cybergoth, hard-edged and confrontational, the sort of piece that reads as cosplay to people who don't get it and instantly recognisable to anyone who does.
