Every great ear stack started somewhere, and it probably started here.

The lobe piercing is the foundation of alternative fashion ear architecture, your first, second, third or stacked, and the base from which everything else gets weird and interesting. At ALT CVLT we take it seriously even when the piercing itself is classic, because bad placement on a first lobe haunts you for life. Normally pierced at 16 gauge with a straight barbell, flatback post or segment ring, with hardware chosen to suit your anatomy on the day.
