This is the album where Ozzy stopped being the guy who left Sabbath and became something else entirely, a solo artist with actual teeth. Lee's guitar work is jagged and melodic in all the right proportions, and tracks like the title cut and So Tired hit differently when they're pressed onto translucent blue vinyl and spinning at 33rpm on something with decent speakers. This Record Store Day reissue is exactly the kind of thing the format was invented for, heavy metal archaeology with colour.
