Positioned through the soft membrane just below the nasal cartilage, a well-placed septum sits in the sweet spot, low enough to move, high enough to sit clean. A horseshoe barbell lets you flip it up when you need to appease someone who doesn't deserve the view. The versatility is practical, the look is permanent.
