The riffs are blunt instruments. The atmosphere is miserable in the best possible way. This is Norwegian dark metal that doesn't care if you find it accessible, which paradoxically makes it more interesting than a lot of records trying harder to impress.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eCD format.
