The TV Party EP captures them in the middle of a creative argument with themselves that would eventually produce Damaged and My War, two records that rewired what heavy music could be. Henry Rollins is in full bark, Ginn is already drifting toward something weirder, and the whole thing runs about as long as it needs to.
